Nine days ago, reader Jen and reader C (Miss C? Mister C? Semi-omnipotent being, like Q from Star Trek TNG?) challenged me to lose weight, in return for which they’d each donate $1 for each pound lost before September 30, and an extra $5 for every 5 pounds lost.
I weighed myself on the morning of September 11, and put the weight loss ticker back up on the left side bar.
I was 357 pounds.

That’s 10.5 pounds down in 6 days.
Y’all don’t freak out, now. I’m not starving myself, and I feel fine. I can shed pounds in a hurry when I get serious about it. Last time I got serious about good eating habits and exercise, I lost 19 pounds in the first 12 days, and 27 pounds the first month.
Hopefully I can be down around 335 by month’s end, and my KTKC totals will be a hundred bucks heavier from from Jen and C.
