I remember the person you were, and for that reason, we were not close. No two twins were ever less alike, or fought more.

But I will always regret never knowing the person you became. You overcame your demons and helped many others overcome their own, and I'm sure there are many children in South Africa who were richer for having known you.

Rest now, sister. You've earned it.

You and your family are in my prayers. Sounds like she left some people’s world a little better than it was.

Kelly, lost my dad last spring.  We had an interesting relationship.  He left when I was 3 and I didn’t see much of him.  When I got married, he seemed to decide that I was an adult and worth talking to.  When we had our daughter, she seemed to be the best thing I had ever done.  Anyway, through a long touch and go and illness and and and, he fell and had a bleed on his brain.  My great consolation is that he and I talked the day he fell and I told him that I loved him. You will be in my prayers.

AD, so sorry to hear this.  You never expect to lose your siblings this young, no matter how close you are (or aren’t).  You’re in my prayers.
