    AD – While I respect a good sense of humor as much as the next person, I think you’ve been a bit harsh on dispatchers of late.  As an EMT who moved into a dispatch position, I know both sides of the fence.  There are bad dispatchers just like there are bad EMTs and Paramedics, but for the most part we do the best we can with the resources we are given.  Sometimes we even remember those resources are people and not units. :)
