Color me NOT jaded.
Holy HELL.
Color me NOT jaded.
Holy HELL.
This isn't one of those “I was just preparing some food in the kitchen when I suddenly fell, right on top of a coca bottle that just happened to stand there on the floor – unbelievable story, huh?” EMS-stories, is it?

Have used this picture in my presentation when discussing patient assessment and not missing the obvious!! First time I noticed the nurse!! Geeeze I'm getting old…
Apparently I'm jaded! And I don't even work in EMS!
DA-YUM!…
She's hot!

DA-YUM!…
She's hot!
And her expression is priceless- I can just 'see' the thought… “How in the HELL???”
Oh well hell, I've got to be really jaded. *I* noticed her before I noticed the injury!
What's the injury?
What injury? Log in the ass? That's just that guy having a good time.

If that's in his ass, it went too far. It's sticking out the other side…OUCH. And yes, the nurse is hot.

“Traumatic injury to the trunk.”
I spent thirty seconds trying to ascertain where, exactly, the limb was lodged (I tripped and fell while putting the star on the Christmas tree, doc! I just happened to be doing it naked!), before I even read the caption…
Is this a undoctored photo of a real injury?! And if so, what happened to the patient?

That is so wrong. You wake up a certain part of the body, then you cause it to shrivel. Did my ex put you up to this?
I would be the Jaded one I guess. I had to read “Horrific Injury” before I went back and looked…
