Arrived in Springfield around 3:30, to find most of the cool kids already there. Dinner was great, the Atomic Nerds’ home-brewed beer even better, and the laughter and storytelling the best of all. Got to reconnect with a few friends, and finally meet some virtual friends in person.
Tomorrow we’ll have breakfast, spend the day swapping lies, solving the world’s problems, drinking more Atomic Beer, eating more FarmFamily cooking, and turning lots of money into smoke and noise. It oughta be fun.

And tomorrow she’ll get to shoot her pink .22, and I’m told that I will get my ass up on a horse for the first time in twenty years.
