i am a Paramedic in NC and on
may 27th I ended up with a Internal Defibrillator due to a viral infection in my heart, the only restriction that is according to National Cardiology Association I can't drive a commercial vehicle and this is only a recommendation but my employer says that if I can't be released without restrictions I can't come back to work and as of now that has been 6 months.I would like to know if anyone has had anything like this or know of anyone that has.
