When you’re suddenly hit by a powerful craving for a PB&J sammich, and you discover, much to your chagrin, that you are out of jelly…

… a snack pack of your daughter’s strawberry Jello does not make an effective substitute.

Consider that another helpful hint from your Uncle Ambulance Driver.

blech… You must have been desperate to even consider that. :)

After a similar crisis, I discovered a substitute that is actually superior. No more PB&J for me, I'm all about the PB&PF: Peanut Butter and Pie Filling!Apple and cherry are awesome, but lemon is my favorite.

At least you were willing to try something. I imagine that is how PB & mayo was discovered!

If you get bored of PB&J, there is always PB & banana, and after that, Nutella and honey-roasted peanuts. Mmmm. Now I'm hungry.Jim

I think PB & Bread is a better choice.Or PBB&B.Peanut Butter, Bread, and Beer. I know that would never occur to you. I don't want to lead you to your ruin, but it does help wash down the PB and helps you forget about the J.You may enjoy a local brew Blackened Voodoo Lager, which I used to be able to get in the supermarket in New York. However, there is an excellent ale that I prefer, which seems to have been named after me.

Hydrocodone Bitrate is another product made from Opium and is found in many commercial medications such as Lortab, vicodin, Lorcet and many others. Studies show this medication is much less addictive and has proven to be very effective against chronic depression, anxiety and severe psychological trauma. In the USA Hydrocodone currently is a Class II controlled substance but not available in its pure form. In the USA it is always mixed with substances such as Acetaminophen (Tylenol) which therefore makes it a class III controlled substance for some reason.

Jelly, Jam, Fruit Butters, Marmalades = the spectrum of yumminess from clearest to most dense/chunky (in the US at least)WV "imism" – there's a joke in there somewhere, but I'm too hungry to find it. Leaving for lunch now…….

I am not a PB&J eater, but I will keep this advice in mind the next time I feed a conscious hypoglycemic. That is my goto oral glucose supplement.
