After a similar crisis, I discovered a substitute that is actually superior. No more PB&J for me, I'm all about the PB&PF: Peanut Butter and Pie Filling!

Apple and cherry are awesome, but lemon is my favorite.

If you get bored of PB&J, there is always PB & banana, and after that, Nutella and honey-roasted peanuts. Mmmm. Now I'm hungry.

Peanut Butter, Bread, and Beer. I know that would never occur to you. I don't want to lead you to your ruin, but it does help wash down the PB and helps you forget about the J.

You may enjoy a local brew Blackened Voodoo Lager, which I used to be able to get in the supermarket in New York. However, there is an excellent ale that I prefer, which seems to have been named after me.

In the USA Hydrocodone currently is a Class II controlled substance but not available in its pure form. In the USA it is always mixed with substances such as Acetaminophen (Tylenol) which therefore makes it a class III controlled substance for some reason.

PB&Honey is what my college served. Okay but I traded for ham.

I am not a PB&J eater, but I will keep this advice in mind the next time I feed a conscious hypoglycemic. That is my goto oral glucose supplement.
