Muahahahahahahahaha!

Comments

It would seem that my review of Cycles and More’s customer service has struck a nerve. Some cretin who calls himself “gjerry3,” who has a Blogger profile only a couple of weeks old, has taken it upon himself to defend Cycles and More, and to inform the entire Intarwebz that I am a fat, flaming douchebag who can’t be pleased no matter how well I’m treated.

Awww, some troll got himself a Blogger profile just to say bad things about me! I’m touched!

Y’all go check out his comments in the Cycles and More posts to see what hilarity ensues when a semi-literate cretin disengages his finger from his nostril long enough to venture forth on the Internet.

And remember, the more you click on the links, and the more you egg him on, the more he’ll drool on his keyboard and the higher you’ll drive my Cycles and More posts in the Google rankings. So make with the clicky!

Oh, and gjerry3, normally my Momma is the only one who ever called me a fat, flaming douchebag. Only, she knew how to spell and use proper punctuation…

Edit: #1 Google result!

Holy Crap! If that's the shop owner, he should be ashamed of his spelling and grammar. I understand some people do have learning disabilities, and perhaps (to be charitable) he is one of them. But in that case, gjerry3 should invest in a spell and grammar check for his computer.

Anyone who comes across to me with the attitude he did immediately not only loses ME as a customer, he'll possibly lose everyone I can reach out to and tell (and, with the number of motorcycling forums and friends who ride who have other friends who ride, the number can be considerable...)

I have worked in customer service jobs and dealt with people with attitudes. Your job, as a representative of Cycles and More, is to suck it up if they have one. (Not saying you did, AD) I have had instances where I have been without my motorcycle for a considerable amount of time, due to issues getting parts or untraceable electronic weirdness. GOOD service people keep the owner in the loop, letting him or her know what's going on and the reason for any delay. BAD service people just get nasty.

A good friend of mine, who has multiple bikes, just had a very bad service experience from a shop he's used several times. The bike was having minor service done and some lights (supplied by the owner) installed. The shop took nearly 2 weeks, since they knew he has other bikes he can ride. He was so infuriated with them, not only will he not take the bike back for any service, he states he will not purchase any new bikes from them. Not good customer service, to lose a paying customer, especially in today's economy.

AD, we're on a camping trip to the Yukon and Alaska and I just read your old and new posts to my husband and son. Even though it's midnight (and still light, BTW) my son insisted on staying up and clicking on your links over and over and over......thanks for the laughs along the road!

guess this kinda explains why the service stinks....wouldnt want this guy working on my bike....keep up the good work, AD
  • Teenie
Yikes--talk about you run-on-sentence of a comment. I don't think he took his finger out of his nose at all, by the looks of it. That's the only thing that could possibly explain such piss-poor spelling, grammar and punctuation skills.

Or maybe he just got his new Vicodin fix?

You're at #3 when I google Cycle & More. I'll do my best to click back today to see if we can raise it to # 1

This gJerry is an idiot. Wow and needs to learn how to spell.
  • M.E. Again
Now you've gone and done it! You have yet a third post to be pushed to the top of the Google pile. This Cycles & More crew have a lot to learn about customer service - and marketing.
  • Steve
    Absolutely golden lol.

I'll do my part to keep your link above Cycles & More

I'll make it a habit that anytime I'm bored and can't figure out what to do next on the net, I'll clear my cache, google Cycles & More then click all the AD links *Pinky to lip in Dr. Evil fashion*

This is somebody supposedly able to read part numbers and determine if the appropriate part matches the bike being worked on. He doesn't seem capable of telling the difference between a tire and a handlebar. gjerry3 is a truly scary representative of the Cycles and More Suicide Service Shop.

You commented that a lawyer probably told him that he didn't have a case, but the lawyer probably was afraid that this clown wouldn't be able to successfully write a check. Maybe gjerry3 offered to barter a bunch of chickens, even though that would probably mean that gjerry3 would have to without any sex for a while. Such difficult choices.

Holy hell, that makes my eyes bleed. I can almost vote for "disgruntled former employee trying to make them look bad," but I'm simply not that charitable.

On a somewhat unrelated side note, I've always found it hilarious when someone misspells a word so badly it becomes another word. My personal favorite is balling instead of bawling. But that's just because I'm prurient.
