From Reuters:
Scans of the 44-year-old man’s brain showed that a huge fluid-filled chamber called a ventricle took up most of the room in his skull, leaving little more than a thin sheet of actual brain tissue.“He was a married father of two children, and worked as a civil servant…”
Heh. Uniquely adapted to his job, I’d say.
A little more fluid, a little less brain tissue, and you’ve got Jacques Chirac. I wonder what his CT scan would look like?
Edit: I had no intentioning of impugning civil servants, of course. What I meant to say, he was uniquely adapted to be an elected civil servant. Either that, or one of those fine civil servants who work at France’s version of the DMV.

I wonder if we can breed more like him for use in the public sector?
IQ of 75 and successful in his job. Wow. Where do the blondes apply? Oh wait – I forgot. They still haven’t added aerocephalus to the ICD-9.
Wow! It’s spread. Usually it only affects a Fwenchmans spine. ;^)
Hey, hey, now. Those of us who were civil (or uncivil, as the case may be) servants in the past might take exception.Clearly, this man was destined for politics.
so, like, if they drain away that fluid, will his cranium be, like, a big ole’ dry socket? Huh?
IQ of 75! Lordy be! They found “THE” French Genious! I’m so happy for them, Merde!
Duh Genius! My fingers spell check glitched!
AD,At the DMV and any bureaucracy where you need something done with a minimum of fuss and a maximum of efficiency.Oh excuse me, that’s not a civil servant’s job. That would make him/her obsolete….(lol)
